Active Aging NOT Anti Aging

The dream of never growing old is as old as the world. People have tried to jump off the aging wheel forever - without any success!

It is impossible to avoid becoming old; however there are ways to slow down the aging process and more so to enjoy growing old and being old(er). And when I tell you that the aging process starts when you're just 35 years of age, it's probably time to do something about it.

It's not aging that makes us old, it's the inactivity. I heard a professor once say: "Being gereatric sometimes is just a sign of a bad fitness level".

Nordic Walking has proven to be an activity that is ideal for people who wish / need to improve their fitness level. The poles provide assistance and support, they make the upper body work out and ensure a just low impact on the body.

Let's grow old happily and gracefully!
